About Zen Life Massage

Our Mission

Zen Life Massage Therapy was created specifically, to serve the women of our community. Our mission is to help our clients achieve optimal health and wellness through the healing power of massage. We believe that regular massage can improve your overall well-being and enhance your overall quality of life. Our practice provides a safe, nurturing and relaxing space for healing.

We offer a wide range of massage techniques, including Swedish Massage, Medical Massage, Amma Therapy, Reiki and more. Please refer to our service menu for add-ons and additional services. We will work with you to create a customized treatment plan that meets your specific needs and goals.

We are highly trained and experienced (20+ years!) in a variety of massage techniques. We are SO passionate about helping our clients feel their best and providing a relaxing, rejuvenating and truly personalized healing experience. In addition to our many years of professional experience, we have been great friends for over 30 years. 😊😊

Service Menu

MASSAGE THERAPY

All products used are hypoallergenic, vegan and cruelty-free. Please refrain from using any personal care products that contain fragrances, as some therapists and clients may be allergic and / or chemically sensitive. We will customize your massage session by using a variety of therapeutic massage techniques. All massages are 55 minutes in length and done on a radiant heated table when seasonally appropriate.

Massage is the perfect gift for those people in your life that mean the most. Gift certificates can be purchased in any $ amount and are redeemable for up to 6 months from date of purchase.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Cash:

If paying by cash, please have exact amount as we don't keep ANY money on premises and therefore cannot make change.

Checks:

Personal and business checks accepted with ID (NYS Driver's License or NYS non-driver ID)

A $40 fee will be collected for all returned checks.

Credit Cards / Electronic Payments:

We do not currently accept credit cards or electronic payments.

POLICIES: CANCELLATION / ILLNESS and AGE REQUIREMENT

Please be mindful of our other clients' appointments by keeping yours.

All non-emergent cancellations require a minimum of 24 hour notice. Clients who cancel with less than a 24 hour notice and no shows will be held responsible for the session cost in full.

If you are sick, let us know ASAP. If you show up sick and do not receive massage as a result, you are still responsible for the session cost in full.

All clients must be at least 18; proof of age is required.

We Accept Empire (NYSHIP) Insurance

What we need from you:

A scan or photo of your driver's license along with the front and back of your NYSHIP insurance card and your current home mailing address if different than the address on your license.
